Direction from Kigali International Airport to Kigali Convention Center
Conference shuttles are running between airport to hotel from the evening of 30th November, 2019 and from conference venue to the hotels and vice versa as per the link
Vehicles will be clearly marked with the corresponding route letter and the ICASA 2019 logo. Dedicated pick up points are defined for each hotel. Drop off and pick up point: in front of Kigali Heights at the Roundabout.
NOTE
To be able to access the conference transportation (from Conference Centre to hotels), your delegate badge or your ICASA 2019 registration confirmation letter (if you have not picked up your conference badge) must be presented.
Visa: visa is being given upon arrival. Kindly have your valid passport, letter of invitation and hotel booking. Kindly find link for visa application.

Drop off and check point
We have the following checkpoints:Security:
- a. From the MTN roundabout (conferences buses, drop off)
- b. From the car park (For those with own cars)
Badges:
- a. At the entrance of Kigali Convention Centre (KCC)
- b. Registration is done at the Community Village side close to the drop off.
- c. VIPs with their own car can come directly to KCC. They will use a separate entrance to access KCC.
Please Note: All Delegates should carry their passport / ID cards with them for verification at the badges checkpoint.

Laws of Kigali
The conference participants are subject to the laws applicable in the host country. Physical force or threats of physical force or destruction of property by conference participants will be dealt with in accordance with the laws of the country.
